The culture is very unproffesional basically do not cross the boss or his girl or you will be fired or bullied to resign. You work for a client and sometimes your client give out a bonus but they only give you half there are hidden admin fees or transfer fees thats what they say. And you have to pretend or lie to your client that you got the whole amount.
