Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We want to hear what our employees are thinking; even if it’s criticism. It’s unfortunate that your feelings regarding some recent changes are so negative. If you are unaware of why certain decisions are made or simply don’t agree with them, a more productive way to work through it would be to seek out leadership for open and honest discussions, instead of posting mean-spirited comments in a forum not meant for back-and-forth dialogue. We are always willing to listen and discuss.
