They also understand the opportunities these challenges provide for personal and professional growth and those who embrace both stay and thrive.

The pros are also the cons. This is a perpetual start up type of environment and it's not for everyone. For those who love challenges and have self confidence to speak up because they are capable and know their worth, this is a great place to work. For those who need structure and predictability day after day, this is not the ideal place to work.

No real structure Constant hire / fire / rebranding / restructuring for repackaging company to sell. Never had a deal close or seen a customer happy long term. No real brand recognition when going up against market leaders. Outdated and overpriced tools and solutions in a constantly evolving industry where they have little to no footing.
