Some great individuals working there. Directors and SVPs are good.

Zero job security. Weak executive leadership. No room for growth. They change their focus monthly. They paid lead development representatives their commission/bonus every quarter (A MONTH after the quarter ended). They also don't pay earned bonuses after lay offs. Only gave a month of severance to employees with YEARS of tenure right before the holidays.
