The local management was proactive and really understood what it takes to make great games

Corporate direction was inconsistant

Great health benefits. Good company culture. Excellent GM and much of the dev team was top notch. Rarely had to burn overtime and core hours were appealing to a lot of people.

Design was an area that needed improvement. Would have preferred more transparency from leadership to the dev team. Long term planning could have been better by clearly identifying goals earlier.
