Vantaggi

I am not sure of the work culture as I did not get the chance to work witg the company but I would like to share my experience of interview at Teva. I had cleared five rounds of interview. The whole process of interview took around one month and then they said they will let me know after the last round. The HR kept telling me that she would let me know by the end of that week. Then one fine day they called me up and told me to share my salary slip, increment letter, pan card and the two references from last company at the earliest. Two month have elapsed and I didnt get the offer letter. They called me after i send numerous email to their HR and told me that position has gone on hold and they will let me know as soon as they have any update. It's been 3 months now and I still don't have any information from them. I have never seen such unprofessional way of handling hiring in any company. Teva is a big brand in generic medicine sector but these people are tarnishing the image of the company. How can you take such confidential documents if you cant release the offer letter. If someone is giving their time and money for the interview they should update the candidate and they can't ask for such confidential documents if they cant release the offer letter. I will never forget this pathetic experience ever.

Svantaggi

The HR team is unprofessional

Vantaggi

There are some very nice people working here as well as some great products.

Svantaggi

Teva is constantly restructuring with a ridiculous number of reorganizations that make people very nervous and that drives attrition. When the new CEO came on board, many top executives left, some by choice and some not. That was followed by a lot of job elimination for people based on areas of the world where salaries tend to be very high. Subsequent hiring has been in regions of the world where it is cheap to hire people. In some cases, Teva has laid off older, very experienced individuals in order to higher younger, less experienced and therefore less expensive people. Teva is also willing to take the risk of doing things that are unethical in order to cut staff, hoping that they won't sue the company. The increases in stock price isn't because the company is doing better, it's because they are trimming costs as much as possible.
