I worked at this place for more than a year and a half.
1. There is no structure in place. You'd hired for something and asked to do something else.
2. Immense favoritism. People with lesser experience than you would be asked to lead a team just because they are chummy with the management.
3. All talk, nothing materializes eventually. False promises.
4. Horrible exit policy. There is no structure again, no clarity. The management/ reporting manager will not want to abide by the contract, just because he can!
5. Dues are not cleared on time. You have to follow up in-numerous times asking for clarity on pending payment, release documents and the likes of it.
Overall, what started off as a good opportunity just ended up in a lot of regret, and a sigh of relief at being able to get out of here.
