Never worked there however I praise God in this building I volunteer there and I belong to some Men groups and am surrounded with love every time I walk through the door..Praise God

I honestly can't think of any... Such good people..

The greatest asset The Compass Church has going for it as an employer, is the people. Across all aspects of the organization, each team is a well oiled machine. It's not all sunshine and rainbows - but of all the places I have worked, this is very healthy and honest.

The biggest downside to have a great team, is that it doesn't last forever. Church teams tend to cycle in and out. Change is the new normal, if you don't like change - this may not be for you. You may be better off in a boring cubical job, but I guess that's just my opinion. ;)
