They look for reasons to let people go. If you hit your goals and do sell but don't get along with the district manager. They tried to write me up for not vacuuming one rug out of the six in the store. The district manager is a joke. All she does is complain about everything. I was flat out told that ( you are replaceable) I was killing it in sales that month. They don't treat the employees very good. They change the schedule constantly so let's say you have a plan to go out of town during this weekend off. They changed the schedule and made it so you had to work that weekend after the fact that you already requested it off. They won't let you take any time off the last 2 months of the year or when the new iPhone comes out. Like who cares I requested time off for my birthday to go out of town and got hoosed over because of it. The management does not care about the sales team. Save your time and go try and get a job at a corporate location.
