      The company has a good set of personal, to help or assist with project completion. You're trusted with dealing with clients, without major oversight. Not a lot of micromanaging. The owner is a great guy to work for and wants everyone to succeed..

      Sometime long work hours, but still given the flexibility to get personal items addressed. Trying to get clients organized, can create a level of stress to get projects done faster.
