Thank you for your feedback regarding the communication of the bonus scheme, I will ensure this is fed back to the relevant people. With regards to development plans, we have a great Coaching for Performance framework for discussing and identifying your development goals and I encourage you to discuss this with your GM if these conversations haven't already taken place. We have also recently re-launched our fantastic AGM to GM development programme to support our teams in taking the next step in their career journey with us.
