Extremely poor management on a level that I haven't seen before. Expect to stay later than your hours. If you're going through anything in your personal life, this place will make it hard for you to handle it as there is NO work-life balance. Expect to be blamed for your director's poor decision-making skills. Expect for your health to decline rapidly whilst working there. It isn't a real company but a sweatshop.
