There is no attempt to build community.

the Private Equities team is phenomenal and that's the place to be at Invus. great management team, lovely people that care about you that are genuine.

the Public Equities team is poorly managed with noticeable turnover at both the junior and senior level recently. significant cultural shift brought about by newly hired management personnel. culturally now, it feels a bit Orwellian. not the ideal time to join the public equities team because of management's dubious conduct and the apparent lack of employee trust. look elsewhere for opportunities until management can get their act together and decide to be honest and straightforward with their employees.
