Unfortunately, the organizational leadership fails to match the quality of its people. The CEO’s style is defined by extreme micromanagement and a total refusal to accept feedback. This "anti-critic" stance is precisely why the product has struggled to succeed. Despite having experts on the team, their insights are ignored. The environment is professionally and emotionally draining. The CEO frequently throws tantrums during meetings, scolding employees publicly and using unprofessional language. This atmosphere has led to severe health struggles for several team members. Most alarmingly, the company is in a state of financial and ethical collapse. Inept management resulted in mass layoffs, which the CEO blamed entirely on everyone but himself, claiming the marketing team didn’t market enough and the operations team failed their duties. To add insult to injury, he expressed the sentiment that every person should simply have "two or three months of savings" to fall back on, before proceeding to withhold everyone’s salary for two months. Currently, many employees are struggling to make ends meet and have had to reach out to the public for help. The CEO has shunned these individuals, claiming their pleas for help "damage the company profile." To make matters worse, he had the audacity to question whether the team was "actually working", despite the fact that everyone is working overtime.
