Performative CEO travels the world and gathers funds but is unaware of the difficulties and challenges the staff experiences. Bad people’s management, communication and projects happen in silos, decision making is not transparent. Growth opportunities are inexistent other than applying for a new position in equal conditions than external applicants. No clear promotion paths, no chance of building a career other than managing people even if you have no interest or abilities to manage people.
