      - employee discount was the best part - work with a lot of really smart people (but also a lot of big egos) - company completed migration for better web/app experience

      If you aren't in HQ office (London) you will not have opportunities for career advancement or growth; remote offices are not given same consideration or benefits. The company operates is a very hierarchical way which stifles creativity and limits opportunities.
