Increasing transparency has been a big campaign over the last couple of years so its great to hear that that had the desired effect and was a positive for you. I'm not sure what you mean about the business model not being properly built - if it has to do with clarifying our strategy, we have made a lot of strides to do just that this year and it is my hope that everyone can accurately recite the 2 key prongs of our 2023 strategy by memory. If referring to our proprietary model itself, it has been around for over 20 years and is the largest database of reputation intelligence and has been well tested over that time - extremely sound. We have a modest team and prioritize our future development choices carefully. Just like any business, we can't tackle everything, but will always work to tackle the most important and impactful aspects.
