Managers were pretty understanding but that’s it.

Had to run miles a night to get a tiny cut of the tips and like 2 bucks an hour.

There was a very upbeat, skilled, helpful manager working there when I started which did help in the beginning. She has since resigned for many of the same reasons listed below.

I resigned from this business because I was not receiving my owed wages....as almost every other employee I spoke to there hadn't either. The owners avoided me every time I tried to contact them and bring it to their attention. Upon starting in a server position, I went at least a month and a half without receiving my first paycheck, needless to say I am on my 6th or 7th attempt to receive my final paycheck (2 months later). Working here was total chaos. As an employee I was constantly apologizing to customers for being out of stock of almost everything they requested. Employees are hostile and customers were unhappy. I don't know how this restaurant stays open. It was the most dirty place I've ever worked. If you think the food you eat there hasn't been contaminated you are wrong. It was unsanitary, the kitchen was not cleaned properly at the end of every day, food was rotting or left sitting out for hours and still served to customers, and yes, there were bugs. Corners were cut in every direction possible.
