Can be stressful during very busy periods

If you want to learn a lot, and can handle a lot of stress, you can work on any project you are willing to take on. This means implementing new networks, server migrations, cloud service migrations, phone system / voicemail setups, etc.

Disorganized. Needed a bit more structure and process in place to cut down on stress and backseat driving from upper management. More concerned with billable hours than quality of workmanship.
