      The Trevor Project is a much needed organization with an important mission. 99% of the staff are dedicated to the cause. Great place to work if you're passionate about preventing suicide among LGBTQ youth and want to work with awesome people.

      The best management and team I ever worked with doing work I appreciated with a focus on a vulnerable population.

      Due to their focus being on LGBTQ youth, they are unfortunately at the mercy of trends in both politics and in philanthropy. Several rounds of layoffs happened as fewer people have maintained their conviction to protect queer youth.
