I found their approach to hiring very unprofessional and outdated to best practices, often demanding and not respectful of policies. Unfortunately I have to say that some of the reviews from 7 odd years ago still are ringing true here. There are some narcissistic tendencies amongst management. I didn't like how other members of staff were spoken to in emails and I feel this could have been approached in a more professional manner, very passive aggressive and lacking proper, respectful communication. I often felt I was being talked about but not directly spoken to which is crucial, especially in a remote working environment. Some management seemed insecure and lacked confidence, therefore I felt people were fearful when hitting deadlines or tasks. The company doesn't seem to know what they want from job roles, Also each member of management seem to have a different idea of what they need from someone, again highlighting the communication piece. There are Egos and negative attitudes amongst some management which blocks growth, they are also not embracing change. Its such a shame because there are some absolutely lovely people to work with.
