• Company culture is outstanding where everyone is free to be themselves and respected for it. • It's a very "lift each other up" environment with lots of collaboration. • Working with mission driven organizations creates a job environment we can all be proud of. • Benefits are competitive including one of the more generous PTO packages I've seen. • Leadership is open to suggestions and works to improve things regularly.

• ThinkShout is still a small company just figuring things out. There have been growing pains. • Cutting edge technologies are seldom explored. Only when it serves a client's needs. As a result, finding time to grow one's toolkit is often done on an employee's own time.

* Everyone in the organization is a thoughtful steward of progressiveness * Engineering department is focused on engineering...not just churning out CMS websites * Amazing clientele: SPLC, Humane Society, Travel Oregon just to name a few * Very considerate of work/life balance

* Very wedded to Drupal as THE solution...although moving into the WordPress space as of late * Hazy "north star" - not always clear what the next frontier is with respect to company direction
