Let’s be clear: Tony Uphoff is no longer the CEO, and Thomas is now owned by Xometry — something the Glassdoor profile doesn’t reflect. • The culture and operations declined significantly after the acquisition by Xometry. • Promised back pay never materialized. • HR was a constant issue — my W-2 was messed up twice, and I even missed an entire paycheck due to their errors. • Promotion promises were made but never delivered on. • Raises were minimal and didn’t reflect the actual value of the work being done. • Management lacked integrity • Received an unfair performance review that didn’t align with my actual results or feedback.
