You have to wait for hooter to whistle to go for lunch that too with 30 mins. time limit without any proper management. They will deduct your salary in the name of late punch in time for even when you are only 2 mins, late also they will deduct amount from your salary taking team or coffee from vending machine. They won't allow you to come out from the gate for any reason, you will feel like you are in jail.
