Management is the absolute worst in every conceivable way. WCG itself isn’t the issue, it’s specifically ThreeWire. There are some lovely people that work there but management is vindictive, unprofessional and they do not value their employees. They’ve lost so many incredibly hardworking employees due to their constant attempts to blackmail and gaslight. As a parent company, WCG needs to wipe out almost everyone in a managerial position and start fresh. This is the most toxic work environment you’ll ever encounter.
