I truly feel that they do everything they can to help you be successful in your business. They are very aware of the trends in the food industry and try to be a step ahead of the game. The founders and other executives are open to feedback and are great leaders. Solid company to work with.

Sometimes you have to deal with food shortages now due to different environmental consequences happening, but over all they try to stay on top of that and find other quality suppliers.

Schedule was good for me, 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off. I think we got double pay on holidays. It was 12 hour shifts. We got an hour lunch, unpaid. Fair work/life balance. Good pay, fairly easy job. Good atmosphere. Understanding management.

Lots of cliques and drama. When I worked there people would not show up a lot so work load was hard. No air conditioning in dishwasher area and other areas where it was very hot in the summer, some people almost passed out. Not much time to change clothes if switching from extreme cold to hot environment or vice versa, and fans weren't allowed in hot areas. Management definitely had favorites. It could have change since I worked there, they said they were working on it. Don't really promote from within. They constantly hired managers from outside of company even though people that had been there for years applied for open management positions.
