Svantaggi
Keep reading...it's a long list. I remember when I used to be proud to work at DexYP/Thryv. I remember when I cared about the future of the company. But I stopped because I felt deceived. The fun parties, the free food, the rah-rah attitude upper management tries to shove down your throats...it's all a lie. Thryv isn't making the company any money. What's keeping the lights on is PRINT revenue, which won't last forever. When that runs out, the company will tank. Management is desperately trying whatever they can to save Thryv by trying to engage customers who never should have been sold to begin with or who just got fed up with the crappy systems and fulfillment issues and don't want to talk to you anymore (go check out all the reviews on BBB!) Hell, the Thryv "software" doesn't even belong to the company. Ever heard of vCita? Google that, and then Google Thryv, and see for yourself. Management is a joke if you work in Operations with only one or two exceptions I've known during my tenure. You are a slave to a time clock and are watched to make sure you aren't even a minute late. Even getting up to pee requires you to log out. Non-management employees are treated like children. None of them is empowered to make decisions. Employees don't get a say. Just pipe down and perform, show pony! We need you to crank out numbers! Who cares if you're uncomfortable or feeling overwhelmed? Management couldn't care less how you feel. They'll pretend to care so they look good, and then keep piling on the work. And executive management definitely doesn't care. I guess those employee surveys they sent out last year were nothing more than a front. Employee morale is awful, but no one will admit it because they don't want to be accused of not being team players or worse, be fired. If you're not with us, you're against us. Sound familiar? I finally had enough. I missed the days when I felt like someone listened to me and genuinely cared. I became just another drone. DexYP is a graveyard for the joy I once had working there and the pride I used to feel.
