Some great workmates. Pay is good.

No support from management for staff. Promotions based on personal preference, not merit. Middle and upper management have no idea what they are doing and constantly throw the rest of the staff under the bus.

Some individuals who are lucky to be there thanks to their connections create a sense of negativity and toxic masculinity. Not great for culture.
