More mature 'late start-up' vibe of a company in the scaling stage of growth. Flat hierarchy and the CEO is readily available. Your view of the world will always be relative to your own experiences. Having experienced large established global enterprises and 'two men in a shed' start-ups, Tidemark is where I would expect it to be. You are expected to step up and wear multiple hats but then you also enjoy the autonomy that comes with it. Accountability and responsibility expected.
