Coworkers are friendly. Money is good.

Inconsistent schedule. but pretty standard for service industry.

in my 5 years of working here, there was 0 pros except for the people i met who were not even affiliated with the company.

The owner does not care about you or your wellbeing, he will belittle you at any time all the time in front of anyone. he does not know the first thing about ringing up food, fixing a game card, or making a drink, but will sit and tell you everything you are doing "incorrect". favoritism is also VERY prevalent here. the kitchen is absolutely disgusting, 1/2 of the time employees do not even wear masks or gloves while prepping or preparing food. they also do not supply proper safety equipment whether its for cleaning the fryers or fixing lanes. they provide welding equipment but not an eye wash station. on top of that, there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY for anyone in that building. it is very stressful and very hectic all of the time. not to mention over 1/2 of the staff is on drugs 99.9% of the time. this place was the biggest waste of my time and was very detrimental to my mental and physical health, so ide recommend if you would like to work in the entertainment industry, go to main event or andrettis. both take way better care of thier employees pay wise and physically, and they are down the street.
