The culture is toxic, and it starts with the executive team. The owner promotes a public image of generosity and customer focus, but behind the scenes, promotions and giveaways are often misleading or outright fake, purely for show, not value.
Salespeople are strung along with unrealistic commission structures, then intentionally underpaid or denied what they’ve fairly earned through technicalities or policy changes after the fact. It creates a high-turnover, low-trust environment where morale is constantly low.
The Executive team has little accountability, plays favourites , and discourages transparency. Concerns are routinely dismissed or punished. The culture rewards compliance, not integrity or results.
