Small company, light bureaucracy processes

Hypocritical company, a lot of good words/slogans but the day-by-day is a shame. No career grow, only boring and trivial tasks. I lost my skills working here, now it is hard to change.

They put the needs of the employees first, the work-life balance is excellent and the basis of the company's strategy. Great place to grow and learn. One of the few consulting companies where meritocracy still counts.
