Owned by a parent company Realogy at a national level. When the big company wants something it will happen eventually. Low pay and no room for growth. There was no room for growth in my position so I was forced to move on and move up. The Industry has downturns so there is always a possibility your job will be eliminated. Inexperienced leadership with high goals but unable to get current employees promoted or pay increased.
