great staff and working environment

The families and children are so wonderful to work with. There is the opportunity to meet other teachers who you can become friends with.

At first this company seems to be a great place to work. During the interview process you are told of bonus, benefits, support from management and that the owner is all about the children. During my first week (10 hour day with no break), I was left alone in my classroom several times while my co teacher had to "go to the office " for a minute. I was left alone which left me over ratio for long periods of time. Also there is a two page cleaning sheet that must be completed daily. I understand cleaning up after the children is part of my job, but I do not think teachers should be cleaning toilets and washing floors when they can be interacting and teaching the children. I think this company cares more about making money than giving the teachers the support and help they may need.
