4yThank you so much for your feedback. While I do sense that everyone at Torch is committed to the growth and development of our people, I also realize that there is a lot more we can be doing to formalize our systems and take development to the next level. A big part of my job is to make sure we are truly Customer Zero for our product and best in class when it comes to developing our people. I have so many ideas, and would love to hear yours too! For better or for worse, there are some baseline needs my team has to focus on first, so you probably won’t feel major changes until later in the year. I can’t wait to see what we can do together!
