Good environment great pay good team to work for

Not a lot of home work life balance

I love my coworkers and managers. The customers are very friendly for the most part. I enjoy the workplace which is so important.

It’s unfair that torrid revokes employees ability to use their torrid credit card benefits. If I can’t build my rewards I refuse to use it anymore. I should not have a worse final cost than someone who doesn’t work there when the company plays up its discount. They don’t explain this policy during hiring or in associate discount information paperwork. The company policies are punitive and degrading, requiring a letter explaining yourself if you don’t force your quota of new credit cards onto customers. They schedule few hours so it’s hard to rely on income and their pay scale is minimum wage.
