If you want to work they have a lot of work. They pay decently well.

They are top heavy. They are overly strict on expense reimbursement and not very organized or prepared for the amount of work they currently have. Management has overextended themselves and places the blame on its employees. They have very suspicious business practices around pay and insurance.
