Poor Management - Recensione dipendente - Production presso Total Window Concepts

Barely any parking. You are left to park on the street where trucks almost swipe your car every day. No training. You are left to work things out for yourself. Very poor Quality Control in sections as staff are untrained. Machine breakdowns daily. Management have no understanding of how certain sections work & when there is a problem or machine breakdown you are asked to work it out yourself as they don’t know how to fix it. Poor salary.
