The co-founders are not qualified to be leading the entire business and with the C-level suite changes over the last year are now taking on more than they know how. (The CEO, a few VPs, and the HR director all left in 2018 and weren't replaced.) . Month-to-month changes in strategy and goals create a confusing vision that is frustrating to work towards.
