Cool product, awesome coworkers, great place to learn to sell and grow your sales career. Since I've started at TradeGecko lots of great changes have been made on the sales team. I've been working alongside some great people and it's really cool to see how open the sales team is to collaborating and helping each other learn the product and the sales theory. The sales team is small so it's easy to see the results of your own hard work and every new client makes a difference to the company. It's awesome to go home at the end of the day knowing that we've actually helped business owners streamline their processes as well as save time and money. The management team really puts a focus on how we are helping customers. Overall, my experience at TradeGecko has been positive. I was fully ramped within a couple months of working here and I would recommend TradeGecko to anyone looking to start a career in sales or looking for a company to grow with.

Sales is not for everybody, but if you're open to learning new ways of doing things it's easy to be successful at TradeGecko. The software is pretty complex and there is a lot to learn - I still learn new things every day! If you're looking to take inbound orders, this is not the role for you because there is so much information to know and explain to customers. TradeGecko is a very robust system, so it's really important to be coachable in this role and listen to feedback from the sales management team.
