This is my first Glassdoor post, and probably one that’s overdue. Thank you – and all of the reviewers – for your positive and negative feedback. I never enjoy hearing the negatives, but it’s important and valuable when I do. There have been some issues with turnover and training, and we’re focused on addressing them. We need inspired employees to stay ahead of the curve and continue delivering cutting edge technology to our customers. In some cases, turnover was deliberate because managers and/or employees weren’t the right match for our entrepreneurial culture. In other cases, good talent decided to move on. So we’re actively deploying new management processes and training programs to better cultivate, invest in, and unleash the talents of our people. And I’m personally committed to making sure we follow-through. Regarding the rumours, let me be absolutely clear: there is zero room and zero tolerance for dishonesty at TradeRev. Honesty is paramount to our customer relationships and our success. We promote it, monitor for it closely, and ultimately depend on each employee to help maintain it across our company.
