They don't care about you, but they put on the act that they do. Whenever you have a "group" of managers, it DOES NOT work. They'll all competing for power and use the crew members as pons. Get on your knees and stock the shelves, work register, faster, faster, FASTER! Do they care if you injure your back? No. They would happily pretend they do, though, with a big fake smile! Do they tell you they want you to "follow your dreams" and do things outside trader joes? Yes. So what happens when you need a day off? Ha, good luck with that one. Absurd working place. What if, let's say, you work for art, and they decide to put you on register for four hours? Good management. This is a terrible company to work for, you will slowly but surely question your life choices when working here and work yourself into a state of despair. All the while pretending to value the customer so highly above yourself you might as well kneel to the floor and kiss their feet, to the approving grin of the nodding "captain."
