Went back to top of market compensation. - Flexible schedule, very creative environment

- Company shriinking in the past 4 years, which translates to extra pressure on existing teams. Backfills were done here and there but not enough so far - Some high level decisions around cost cutting don't make any sense or are not properly and transparently explained. This doesn't have a positive effect on people
