"Dev has a voice" I call it. You control your code base, your stack, and mostly dev process. Good salary for my region. Highly professional team, guys are always nice with each other and ready to help. I know that interviewing is pretty tough in our team I guess different departments in different countries are quite isolated. So my experience may very much differ from something guys see in other depts

Like everywhere I worked so far: when you need something from other teams\depts that might take a while As a remote employee I don't see if there are some perks\internal events, charity making, etc. Feel a bit detouched sometimes. Also don't see the picture of business and not really sure how the company feels financially on the market.

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
