No care for skills development or actual career development, it's just a case of bum on a seat Only promote people who fit the mould Definitely promote land and expand, despite claims to be different from other larger more well known consultancies

Really collaborative environment, great team and nice people. Range of work is often available and the social side is great. Management care about your learning and progression and make you feel valued

Sometimes get stuck in a long project that you dont really like
