Great ethos throughout company. Everyone is always willing to help, support, listen, chip in with ideas and learn! No ego's and you are treated with respect. Feel valued as a member of staff and not just " an employee" as management do really care. You are trusted to get work done. Work life balance is spot on!

Genuinely yet to find a downside!
