Very rundown and old work environment. Lack of direction from management creates constant miscommunication and chaos. The company seems to be in constant crisis management mode. You can work as hard or as lazy as you want. No career growth and very little innovation, with very monotonous work. People don't stay here for long anymore. Only the coworkers make it worthwhile.
