Work life balance was non existent, pay did not reflect expectation or dedication, lack of decision making at all levels, no trust in you to make decisions,
no transparency or integrity, mask additional responsibilities with ‘empowerment’,
no real support once structure changes were made with no clear guidelines on future goals or steps to get there.
Consistently set up to fail and constantly reminded about “managing out” other team members, to only assume the same would happen to me
Middle management never recognised or celebrated but consistently reminded how great the people above/below were.
Mental Health not considered or disregarded, given direction to access external resources however due to workload unable to find time to access.
Constantly contacted outside of working hours and during holidays, bombarded with messages/calls and emails with no regard for personal time off
