Organisation: Worst choice I've made in my career. Never trust their word, if they provide you an offer ask for written statement. Else they will cheat you (A few of my colleagues was cheated by them, offered higher salary and onsite opportunity, but didn't provided anything). For men the working time is 9AM to 12-3AM (12 to 20Hr/day), now a days there is a little improvement. In critical projects they assign freshers and pressurise them to work hard (Ask them to work on weekends and late nights). Provides B1 Visa for employees for working at The United States, never cares about the consequences an employee can face if the US government find this. Never cares about quality coding. No documentations for projects. No project estimation and planning. Poor technical stack, still uses old technology. A lot of office gossips and politics. Funny fact with the image they attached in this page with the caption "Our Leaders", is 3/4 of them are not working in Triassic solutions anymore (Resigned already, image almost 2 year old) Management "The rabbit I caught had 3 horns". Never supports their employees, always praises the client and justifies them. Pressures to work 14-20Hrs/day (If you can work 24Hr, it would be good). If you question them, they will start telling stories from "Aesop fables" and by bending the facts they prove that the fault is in your part. Arrogant, thinks employees as slaves. Never trust the management, only policy they have is "Use and Throw". When they need they praise the employee, offers hike (only offer), and utilise the employee to the maximum, after that if they feel he/she is no longer needed they will eventually avoids you and throws you out. PM/PL So called "Geniuses". Doesn't even know how to run a project. A few of them are arrogant, shows bad politics. I hard-worked 11 Months in a project, they then shifted me to another project and I struggled in that, when the performance was considered for the appraisal they just considered the last 1 month. When I questioned this they started making excuses, they told that I'm not punctual and I won't be available in office at 9AM (Actually in those days I leave office between 2-3AM). If you do anything great they won't even appreciate you(Only applicable to male employees). HR Doesn't have any experience in managing employees. Every-time justifies the management, never stands for an employee even if he/she is correct. Praises the management all the time. HR couldn't solve a single issue I have raised during my career there. Clients No proper requirements or design. They change the requirement each day (but no change in release date). They decide the working time. Pressurise to work on weekends. To freshers: You won't get any training here. They just put you on any critical project and you will eventually learn things, there won't be anyone to guide you or correct you. (You do coding but it won't be the correct way, without any guidance you never knew it).
