Employees are dispensable. You never sign a contract so you dont know any rights or rules. No overtime pay. Highly disorganized "management". NO SCHEDULED OR REGULAR BREAKS 16hr, 12hr, and 8hr shifts sometimes with only a 15 min break, and sometimes you wont get your break until your last hour of work. They make up rules as they go. Ex: if you are "tardy" to work either no tips or no break. There are no standard operating procedures & your clock in on time is dependent upon when a manager is available to stop working look at their watch and write down a time. No set schedule. You will close at 12am and be back to open at 8:45am. No communication with "management".
