There are no resources available to perform the sales role effectively, such as a CRM system, databases, proper lead qualification or any structured, strategic approach to acquiring new customers. Furthermore, management is unable to handle product feedback due to the numerous bugs and issues with the information provided by Tridge Eye, the core product. In short, management is asking for sales without providing the basic tools. Also, be prepared for payments to be delayed by many months, for HR to send apologetic emails, and for you to be asked to work for free.
